We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Animal Care Professional to join our team.

The role of the Animal Care Professional involves supporting animal care services, providing advice on animal management and welfare, and contributing to education and outreach programs.
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised degree in Veterinary Science (or equivalent qualifications eligible for registration in Queensland) obtained in the last 3 years. They will bring sound Microsoft Office skills, strong record-keeping abilities aligned with legislative standards, and a commitment to upskilling in veterinary care. Clinical experience in spey/neuter procedures is desirable but not essential.
- Support animal care services and provide advice on animal management and welfare
- Contribute to education and outreach programs
- Develop and maintain knowledge of animal welfare principles and practices
- Recognised degree in Veterinary Science (or equivalent qualifications eligible for registration in Queensland)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and remain focused under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
