Clinical Leadership Role

We are a leading provider of mental health services, specialising in working with adults and young people, and in early childhood intervention.

Our organisation is committed to delivering excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.

This includes supporting innovation and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based outcomes for young people accessing our service.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Leadership and management of site-based team members (excluding Community Engagement);
  • Day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision;
  • Supporting innovation and quality improvement initiatives;
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best practice outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Full registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse with AHPRA, OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker;
  • Experience in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, including coordination of care for young people with complex needs;
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to engage with young people, advocate on their behalf and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends and stakeholders;
  • Eligibility to apply for a Blue Card.
