Responsibilities:
Create a strong client pipeline through strategic outreach and well-placed communications.
Coach and mentor individuals to unlock potential, develop mindsets, and achieve leadership clarity and strength.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing support and engagement.
Demonstrate strong financial acumen and manage your own growth and development effectively.
Skills and Experience:
Highly self-driven and motivated, with a desire for autonomy in building a client base.
Experience in marketing and client engagement to generate consistent opportunities.
Exceptional professional communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable taking ownership of your schedule and being rewarded for the results you deliver.
Complete autonomy over your schedule and workload.
Will work from a virtual office. You will need strong internet and phone service.
