Lead Early Childhood Educator

As an experienced leader in early or primary education, you will be responsible for creating a high-quality environment and service for your team, families and children. You will work collaboratively with the team and families to give children the best start as they transition into school.

Your programming is focused on encouraging children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creating the basis of your program and the children's learning journey with us.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or working toward
  • Experience working in an early childhood environment
  • Current Working with Children check
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Permission to work in Australia
