Senior Commercial Lending Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance our commercial lending portfolio and foster strategic relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients through proactive advice and referrals.
- Manage residential and commercial lending application processes from initial inquiry to settlement.
- Utilize CRM platforms to monitor client interactions, inquiries, and application progress.
- Present tailored lending strategies to clients based on their individual needs.
- Nurture and grow a network of internal and external contacts to facilitate referrals and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory and compliance legislation.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in Business Banking is highly beneficial.
- Strong passion for property, finance, and building relationships.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
