We are seeking a charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our brand new store in Birkenhead Point. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a personal interest in current fashion trends and a passion for helping customers. They will be responsible for driving sales and profit by achieving all key performance indicators set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profit by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators
  • Drive a customer-centric culture to ensure each customer looks and feels fabulous
  • Ensure visual merchandise is maintained in accordance with brand objectives
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have experience in achieving sales in a retail fashion environment and a strong sense of personal style and presentation. They must also be able to maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
