Customer Service Consultant Role

Medilaw is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join their growing team in this role.

  • Proactively manage assigned customers;
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions to facilitate client access to Medilaw's services according to client needs;
  • Promptly respond to client inquiries and manage appointments following established procedures;
  • Deliver superior customer service and liaison to key stakeholders;
  • Actively promote new products/services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound phone-based customer service role (preferably in the medical or insurance industry);
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude;
  • Strong Office 365 skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, numeracy skills, accurate data entry and typing, and database management skills;
  • A proven ability to work within a team;
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, workers' compensation, personal injury processes/legislation, medicolegal, and/or life insurance industry experience is desirable but not essential.
