  • Prepare and deliver incident reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide management information and recommendations for process improvements to drive business excellence.
  • Train IS staff and stakeholders in the Incident Management process, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage complex and major incidents from beginning to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of IT Incident Management experience in large enterprises.
  • Competence using an Incident Management system to streamline processes.
  • Strong analytical and interpretive skills to drive data-driven decision making.
