**Major Incident Management Position**

This role involves the management of major incidents, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Major Incident Management (MIM) principles and practices, as well as experience working with remote teams and offshore.

They will also have strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to clearly articulate their thoughts and ideas.

We are looking for a consultant who can provide expert advice and guidance on MIM best practices and help us to improve our incident management processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage major incidents from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and implement effective incident management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on MIM best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex incidents.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Major Incident Management.
  • Strong project management skills.
