About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Le Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our clients with disabilities and those in need of aged care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily living activities, social engagement, and household tasks
  • Provide personalized care that fosters growth and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist with social care, assistance with everyday living, and household tasks
  • Use initiative to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Experience in the disability or aged care sector is highly desirable
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families
  • Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport is highly desirable
  • Current National Police Certificate, WWC, First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
