We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and ensuring high-quality care for all children within the service.

You will have a clear understanding of Storypark and will ensure that children's learning is documented in a high-quality and professional manner. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality practices are consistently embedded across the service.

As a strong advocate for children's rights and well-being, you will establish, nurture, and foster strong and inclusive relationships with children to achieve quality learning and development outcomes. You will also build a supportive relationship with families to allow for honest and open communication of expectations and needs.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Diploma level Early Childhood Education and Care qualification and sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework & National Law. They will be passionate about children, their development, and safety, and have demonstrated ability to create and implement a quality education program.
