About the Role

This Centre Manager position involves guiding and supporting a team to achieve excellence in childcare.

  • Lead by example, fostering positive team engagement through coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure all centre policies and procedures are upheld across the organisation.
  • Communicate regularly with families and management on educational programs and individual child development.
  • Facilitate the Self-Assessment Process and contribute to Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Manage daily administration and operations effectively.
Requirements

We seek an experienced Centre Manager with:

  • A proven track record in childcare leadership.
  • A passion for Early Childhood Education.
  • A strong commitment to Child Safety.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to provide direction and coaching.
  • Proven administrative and curriculum development expertise.
  • Experience in Assessment and Rating, including self-assessment and Quality Improvement Plan development.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
