Role Overview

The COO will be responsible for leading all operational functions, including logistics operations, warehousing, service delivery, and customer onboarding. Main Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for our operations across logistics operations, warehousing, service delivery, and customer onboarding.
  • Drive commercial and financial performance through effective management of costs, including monitoring margins, cost drivers, and supplier terms.
  • Identify, secure, and manage key strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term value creation.
  • Lead negotiations with strategic partners at contract commencement, renewal, price review, and scope changes.
  • Oversee customer onboarding as a critical function, ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable implementation of client services.
  • Guide national service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in customer support, logistics coordination, and fulfilment.
  • Develop and track KPIs across operations, ensuring proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing leadership team that fosters effectiveness, accountability, and employee engagement.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years in senior operational leadership roles; experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated success in partner negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship governance
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certifications (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, financial analysis, and operational dashboards
  • Strategic and continuous improvement mindset with an ability to execute at pace
  • Cross-functional leadership and collaboration
  • Change management and resilience
