Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our culinary operations.

  • To manage food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating and overseeing the operational requirements of the food and beverage outlets and conference & event venue(s).
  2. Facilitating effective communication channels between outlets, Conference & Events teams, the kitchen, guests, and all other hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

The Food and Beverage Manager will:

  • Identify and grow revenue streams in all food & beverage departments with a strong focus on core levers such as spend per cover and capture rates.
  • Ensure adequate control systems are in place for stock control, inventory management, stock requisition, and expenditure.
Performance Monitoring

The Food and Beverage Manager will:

  • Analyse departmental F&B P&L statements, including the formulation of key metrics such as food spend per cover and Per Occupied Room (POR).
  • Produce or oversee the release of staff rosters on a fortnightly basis, maintaining wage costs to financial forecasts and budgets.
Team Leadership

The Food and Beverage Manager will:

  • Build a highly engaged and driven culture with a focus on engagement, performance management, and identification, development, and retention of high-potential team members.
Customer Focus

The Food and Beverage Manager will:

  • Review and respond to guest feedback effectively and efficiently, developing and implementing solutions to specific service problems.
