Executive Operations Lead

About this role

This role is about driving business growth and delivering operational excellence. As the Executive Operations Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the company's operations and customer delivery nationwide. This includes providing executive leadership for logistics operations, warehousing, service delivery, and customer onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive commercial and financial performance through effective COGS management.
  • Identify, secure, and manage key strategic partnerships to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with strategic partners at contract commencement, renewal, price review, and scope changes.
  • Oversee customer onboarding as a critical revenue-enablement function.
  • Guide national service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in customer support, logistics coordination, and fulfilment.
  • Develop and track KPIs across operations to ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years in senior operational leadership roles; experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in partner negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship governance.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent operational excellence certifications (desirable).
  • Strong ERP/WMS knowledge, financial performance analysis, operational dashboards.
  • Strategic and continuous improvement mindset with an ability to execute at pace.
  • Cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
  • Change management and resilience.
