Department Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a high-achieving individual to fill the role of Department Manager. This position offers a unique chance to work closely with the Store Manager in promoting and maintaining a strong sense of team spirit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the department/store, ensuring a sincere client experience and achieving operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service and drive sales growth
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the department/store
  • Maintain a high level of commercial awareness and partnership with regional and corporate teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Sales Associate/Department Manager/Assistant Store Manager in premium/luxury fashion and/or accessories is essential
  • Excellent advisory skills and customer service abilities
  • Energetic and unifying team spirit, motivating staff and creating an effective group dynamic
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and expertise in the responsible department
