**About The Role**

We're now seeking a strong product manager to help guide the next phase of growth and you'll have a talented team of engineers, designers and commercial leaders to help take the Car Hire & Experiences products to the next level.

As a Product Manager with Luxury Escapes, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding both B2B and B2C products into new markets, owning the entire product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap and continually fine-tune our approach to product management.

**What You'll Do**
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for them effectively
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products that you manage
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research to design, build, and launch
- Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products you manage
- Continually identify opportunities to enhance the '**Car Hire' & 'Experiences'** customer experience
- Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.

**Your background**
- Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high growth business
- Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
- Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
- Strong collaboration skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams. This means you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about building products that customers love
- Demonstrated success in defining, metrics to launch excellent products.
