About the Role

The APS is seeking an experienced Agreement Support Specialist to join our team. As an Agreement Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical, professional, and timely policy advice related to establishing, updating, and closing project Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders across the Delivery, Capability Manager, and Sponsor groups.
  • Contribute actively to Agreements Reform activities and broader strategic program/project management and policy development.
  • Apply critical analysis to develop data/reports to support meeting Defence's reporting obligations related to Acquisition management.

Requirements

  • A reasonably sound understanding of project management related frameworks and methodologies.
  • Defence or broader APS or industry project management experience.
  • Ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders.
