**The Role**
As an APS 6 Agreement Support Officer you will be required to have a reasonable level of knowledge of project management methodologies, related legislative frameworks, government decision-making and broader Defence strategic objectives.

You will be required to:

- Work independently with reasonable autonomy and accountability for the achievement of business outcomes.
- Be accountable for ongoing self-improvement, professional development and active contribution towards business improvements.

The main responsibilities include:

- Providing detailed technical, professional, timely and tailored policy advice related to establishing, updating and closing project Agreements.
- Developing effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across the Delivery, Capability Manager and Sponsor groups.
- Contributing actively to Agreements Reform activities and broader strategic program/project management and policy development.
