Housekeeping Supervisor Role Overview

This is a senior housekeeping position where you will lead a team and drive results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in leading teams, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage operational outcomes for the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Organize and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift, ensuring effective time management.
  • Maintain chemical safety and Workplace Health & Safety standards and practices within the department.
  • Exceed guest expectations by going above and beyond in all aspects of housekeeping services.
  • Work autonomously, building strong bonds with all departments to achieve seamless operations.
  • Follow service standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate training and cleaning records, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
