
Claims Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to handle all Recovery enquiries, manage claims from lodgement through to settlement and ensure customers have a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment. They will also have experience in recovery, debt management or claims handling across the banking or finance sector with a focus on insurance experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of motor recoveries in a proactive and cost-effective manner
- Making and/or defending indemnity and liability decisions in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained for internal and external stakeholders while building strong collaborative relationships
- Constructively managing negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome across all claims
