Commercial Claims Recovery Specialist

We're a dynamic team looking for a skilled Consultant to join our Commercial Claims Recoveries department.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders, managing risks, and identifying opportunities for recovery. Your expertise in negotiation and dispute resolution will be invaluable in achieving commercially beneficial outcomes.
- Your primary focus will be on working with various parties to resolve disputes and negotiate recoveries.
- You'll need to have strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A high level of adaptability, combined with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets, is essential for this role.
- Prior experience in insurance is highly desirable but not necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and negotiate recovery opportunities.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve disputes and support broader customer service needs in Short Tail Claims.
- Focus on maximising complex recovery opportunities to achieve commercially beneficial outcomes.
