Recovery Claims Specialist

This position plays a key role in managing claims and recovery processes to drive business success. The successful candidate will lead teams, implement strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing recovery plans, identifying process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Requirements- 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the insurance industry or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of motor insurance claims management relative to applicable legislation, processes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage, influence, and develop others.
