Our team is looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Team Capability Support Officer. This position sits within the Births team in Civil Registration Services and involves providing coaching and advice, contributing to a collaborative knowledge-sharing culture, and developing training materials.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to maintain a thorough knowledge of practice and procedures related to the registration of matters within the regulatory environment, and be able to present technical and business information in a concise and accessible way.
