Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Capability Support Specialist. As a key member of our learning ecosystem, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of digital resources and technical support across our online platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide quality assurance for digital materials. You will work closely with academic staff to ensure timely updates of online class spaces and collaborate on planning and delivering professional development programs to enhance digital capability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Apply digital resources accurately in the online learning environment
• Provide frontline technical support and maintain digital capability
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure timely updates of online class spaces
• Plan and deliver professional development programs to enhance digital capability
• Support services across the college to ensure students have digitally rich learning experiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Appropriate qualification or equivalent combination of experience and education/training
• Customer-focused approach with an understanding of internal and external customers' needs
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Practical experience supporting educational materials and communications to build digital capability
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering training and professional development workshops
• Experience working as part of a team and providing support and guidance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using learning management systems (LMS)
• Proven experience in supporting the implementation of new technologies
