**Group Head of Learning and Capability (6-Month Contract)**

Laser Clinics Group is seeking an experienced and passionate **Group Head of Learning and Capability** for a 6-month contract role based at our North Sydney Support Office. If you're a strategic L&D leader who thrives on delivering results at scale, this is your opportunity to drive impact across a multi-national business and shape the development of future-ready talent.

This role will develop and execute high impact training programs across a multi-national market leading brand. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and will be keenly focused on scoping and delivering foundational L&C programs across the BAU training curriculum, new onboarding programs and new leadership / management training.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Lead L&D Plan Across a Multi-National Network**
Partner with the Chief People Officer to enhance the Group's Learning & Capability plan, aligning our deliverables with the organisation's goals across the markets we operate in - Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Canada.
- ** Deliver Best-in-Class Training Solutions**
Oversee the development and launch of learning programs (including new products and treatments), manage blended learning channels, and continuously improve content relevance and engagement through digital and face-to-face learning experiences.
- ** Drive Engagement and Capability Uplift**
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the organisation at large, partner with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance and upskilling across our treatment and services menu.
- ** Manage High-Impact Teams and Vendors**
Lead and inspire a team of L&C managers, specialists and coordinators. Foster strong relationships with external training providers and industry vendors.
- ** Champion Learning Innovation**
Oversee the Docebo LMS and digital content plan, ensuring knowledge retention, learning progression, and high user engagement.

**We'd Feel WOW if You Have**:

- 5-10 years' experience in Learning & Development leadership roles
- Proven success in designing and delivering L&D programs across multi-site or franchise environments in a multi-national business
- Tertiary qualifications in L&D
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics, retail or similar industries is highly desirable
- High-level skills in LMS platforms (such as Docebo), Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Excel
