You will lead investments and drive groundbreaking energy projects as a strategic asset manager.

This high-impact role entails:

  • Developing optimised commercial and technical solutions across the asset lifecycle.
  • Leading network inputs into contestable bids, collaborating with commercial teams, financial advisors, and clients.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance while balancing asset risk, cost, and performance.
  • Driving innovation in cost estimating, incorporating macroeconomic and market trends.
  • Managing upstream contracts for operational projects, ensuring seamless execution.

As part of this team, you will work closely with Executive Managers, Lumea, Major Project teams, Asset Managers, and Network Planning to shape the future of energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage asset portfolios and develop optimised investment strategies.
  2. Lead Transgrid's network inputs into contestable bids and collaborate with stakeholders.
  3. Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks associated with asset management.
  4. Drive innovation in cost estimating and incorporate macroeconomic trends.
  5. Manage operational projects and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements include a degree qualification in Engineering, Commerce, Economics or equivalent and experience in relevant infrastructure investment and portfolio management roles.
