Job Title: Asset Management Leader

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to lead asset management initiatives, create annual business plans, and evaluate new investment opportunities.


Role Overview:

This role involves leading identification and implementation of asset management strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, and contributing to the development of a comprehensive network in the APAC real estate market.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, experience in property management, leasing, and financial modeling, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading asset management initiatives and creating annual business plans outlining key objectives
  • Evaluating new investment opportunities and providing strategic recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams across the organization and local partners to undertake asset management and investment initiatives
Person Specification:

Minimum 8-9 years of experience in asset management, development, and/or investment, with a strong focus on external partnership execution.

Strong technical knowledge and experience in valuations, property management, leasing, and financial modeling are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with external advisors and peers, are required.
