Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team and support a groundbreaking initiative providing low-latency broadband connectivity to underserved communities worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be embedded with the commercial business, focusing on customer and partner deals across APAC, requiring strong commercial law expertise and the ability to develop creative strategies for handling legal issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support commercial business development and sales efforts in APAC.
  • Provide legal counsel on structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, as well as advising the business team on legal issues related to customer and partner contracts.
  • Develop processes addressing risk and allowing the business flexibility to move quickly.

Required Skills:

  • Licence to practice law in Australia.
  • Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, telecommunications, cloud computing services or equivalent.
