This is a dynamic role that offers an exciting long-term opportunity for professionals who are passionate about contract management. We are seeking a skilled Property Repair Case Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in claims management or loss adjusting and be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent budget control skills and the ability to work under pressure. They will also possess strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, as well as the ability to accurately capture data and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and advice to customers holders with respect to their claims/projects.
  • Request supplier appointment and detail information required to determine cause and extent of claim as well as Quoted costs for such repairs.
  • Manage assigned case load and meet client expectations.
  • Meet compliance requirements, working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client service standards.

This role involves providing high-quality reports and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring IT systems are utilised correctly and undertaking client liaison and relationship building.
