The CompanyTroocoo is collaborating with a reputable organisation in Brisbane, offering roles to support their growth and project needs.
The RoleReporting to the Head of Procurement, these roles focus on post-award contract management activities across diverse goods and services portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Manage post-award contract activities including variations, extensions, performance monitoring, governance, and close-out.
- Prepare procurement documentation such as approvals, evaluation reports, award recommendations, and amendments.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery of commercial objectives.
- Support procurement strategies for continuous improvement and transformation.
- Conduct market and commercial analysis to inform decisions on contract performance and supplier engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to drive value and mitigate risks.
- Provide expert advice to internal and external parties, ensuring compliance and effective delivery.
- Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or category management, especially post-award activities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
