  • Strategically lead and grow customer partnerships with excellence, owning the commercial agenda with key stakeholders.
  • Thrive in complex commercial discussions, collaborating internally and externally to deliver outstanding execution, innovative launches, and initiatives that accelerate shared ambitions.
  • Use insight, data, and creativity to shape business strategies, building Joint Business Plans that drive long-term category value and profitable growth for all parties involved.
Your Key Responsibilities

You'll own the full commercial picture, driving accurate forecasting, leading trade planning, and managing the P&L with precision. You'll develop and deliver customer execution plans that win instore and online, while championing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across functions to bring strategies to life at pace.

With a strong eye for digital solutions, you'll ensure we show up with excellence at every touchpoint of the shopper journey. As a leader of a high-performing team, you'll coach, inspire, and empower your team members to achieve their personal development goals and deliver against our business strategy.
