Job Title

Case Manager Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Case Manager Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting individuals, families, and communities in a remote/ regional setting.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities, as well as a strong understanding of the community services sector. You will be responsible for developing support plans, providing practical supports and referrals, and assisting with community events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Community Services, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or equivalent.
  • Experience and knowledge working with Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities.
  • Experience in administration and case management.
  • Experience living and working in a remote / regional community.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • National Police Certificate.
