Case Manager Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Case Manager Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting individuals, families, and communities in a remote/ regional setting.
The successful candidate will have experience working with Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities, as well as a strong understanding of the community services sector. You will be responsible for developing support plans, providing practical supports and referrals, and assisting with community events.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum Certificate IV in Community Services, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health or equivalent.
- Experience and knowledge working with Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities.
- Experience in administration and case management.
- Experience living and working in a remote / regional community.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- National Police Certificate.
- Regional zone allowance included in annual salary.
- Accommodation support of $300 per week for 12 weeks.
- Comprehensive training and professional development.
- Four weeks annual leave inclusive of a 17.5% leave loading.
- Five days additional paid leave pro rata.
- Twelve weeks paid maternity leave.
