About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team at Incluso Services Pty Ltd. As a Community Support Worker, you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants, including providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to participants to empower them to accomplish their goals and aspirations.
  • Develop strong connections with participants, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the Incluso Services team to ensure high-quality support is provided to participants.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of participant-centered plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in disability support.

Requirements:

  • A passion for working with people with a disability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid Victorian Driver License.
  • An understanding of the NDIS and disability sector.
  • Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification.
  • Minimum 2-year industry experience.
  • Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate.
