Job Description:

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who have at least 1 year of experience working in the sector. As a Disability Support Worker - Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care and support to clients with varying levels of need. Your role will involve:

  • Providing personal care and assistance to clients as required
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as showering, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Assisting clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans in consultation with clients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1+ years' experience working as a Disability Support Worker
  • Cert III Individual Supports or equivalent qualification
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, Vaccinations, CPR & First Aid, right to work in Australia, 100 Points of ID, Driving Licence and access to a reliable car
