Job Description

ORS Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team as an Early Childhood Support Key Worker. This role will involve working with families and children to develop and prioritize their goals using a routines-based approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to families that reflects a strengths-based and family-centred approach with a focus on improving the child and family quality of life
  • Coordinating support required from other disciplines, including therapy and other services
  • Developing the capacity of the adults supporting the child
  • Supporting the inclusion and participation of children within their families and communities
  • Providing consultative support to other Key Workers specific to your discipline/ background

Requirements:
