We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at Incluso Services Pty Ltd.
As a Community Support Worker, you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants, providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development.
You will have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals. This understanding will enable you to provide tailored support, empowering them to accomplish what truly matters to them.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to participants, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Prepare meals and assist with domestic tasks, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Offer social support and companionship, promoting independence and confidence.
- Transport participants to appointments and activities, ensuring safe and timely arrival.
- Develop and implement personalized plans, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.
- Authorised to work in Victoria.
- Valid Victorian Driver License.
- An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector.
- Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification.
- Minimum 2-year industry experience.
- Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid/CPR Certificate.
