We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Manager to join our dynamic management team. This is a challenging position offering substantial growth opportunities as we expand into new contracts, while maintaining high standards in our existing ones.

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients in a cost-effective and safe manner. Key responsibilities include day-to-day operations of 4 tugs and their operating crews, stakeholder management, and P&L management.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and drive our success. The position reports directly to the Regional Managing Director and is supported by regional functional specialists.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Safety First: Lead the charge in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional work environment, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

- Team Leadership: Inspire, develop, and motivate staff and crew assigned to the contract, driving their success and contributing to a positive work culture.

- Operational Excellence: Manage assets and crew to ensure maximum utilisation of vessels, monitor and report on financial and operational performance, and manage crew policies and procedures.

- Client Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with clients and manage their expectations, identifying opportunities to enhance the current contract and maximise revenue potential.

**Requirements:**

- Academic Excellence: A bachelor's degree from a Maritime Academy or equivalent marine-related advanced or university level qualifications.

- In-depth understanding and experience of marine industry and terminal operations.

- Onshore management experience in a similar role.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
