Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to establish precise requirements
  • Track and monitor all customer inquiries in the system
  • Hand over business won to the local office for operations planning
  • Assist Regional GM, CGM/VP, and Sales with tender responses
  • Compile accurate information on ports in the Australia region
  • Conduct audits on this information to ensure it is up-to-date and reflects working practices in each port and applicable port authorities' rules and processes

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Administration
  • Managing high volumes
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in Logistics (Not essential)
