The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Billing Consultant to join our team at Worldline. As a Billing Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our merchants, ensuring timely and accurate billing activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Action customer requests and enquiries received via phone, email, or workflow cases
  • Perform outbound calls to customers with billing issues or failed cycles
  • Conduct data analysis to identify financial mismatches and discrepancies
  • Deliver high-quality customer outcomes in every interaction
  • Support the Head of Billing with reporting requirements and process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with procedure guides and work instructions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in the financial services or payments industry
  • Experience with workflow management and phone-based systems
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills
