The Technical Solutions Specialist plays a hands-on role, engaging closely with business partners to understand requirements and implement improvements to existing solutions and deliver new capabilities to the platform.
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for providing technical solution design across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with solution architecture and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Project/Integration Architects to identify potential gaps and risks in the solution architecture.
- Provide high-level assessment of design options to meet architecture principles, identifying non-functional requirement-related issues (Security, Capacity, Performance).
- Offer indicative cost estimates when required and work on detailed designs to ensure solutions conform to the strategic roadmap and enforce quality standards set by Architecture Governance board and Enterprise Architects.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, reflecting the skills and experience required for this role.

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a proven track record in telecommunications, who can bring their expertise in Amdocs Product and software creation process to this role.
You'll need experience in designing postpaid mobile, fixed-line services, 5G, broadband services, as well as CRM, ordering, product management, and development.
Practical experience in consumer, business, enterprise, and wholesale market segments is essential, along with demonstrable experience in maintaining relationships with vendors and business partners.
A good understanding of Agile methodology and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
