Customer Service Leader

This is an opportunity to excel as a Customer Service Leader at The Bridgeview Hotel, where you will play a key role in creating a stellar service experience for locals and patrons.
- You have a passion for hospitality, from managing busy gaming rooms and coordinating the bistro to pouring craft brews at the bar with the crew and building relationships with locals.
- You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing patrons enjoy their visit every time.
Your role involves day-to-day shift management, opening and closing the venue, back-of-house administration, training, rostering and assisting patrons.
Motivating, inspiring and training the broader team is essential to ensuring the patron experience is paramount.
The ideal candidate has experience working as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in reputable venues.
