Senior People Analytics Specialist Job Description

The Senior People Analytics Specialist will play a key role in enabling data-driven workforce decisions through the delivery of clear people insights that align with our vision and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an effective people analytics strategy in alignment with our goals.
  • Gather, organize and analyse data from various sources to support people analytics initiatives.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to people and labour trends within property and corporate business units.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
  • Provide data analytics for people metrics reports and board papers.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR functions and business units to ascertain and understand specific data requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science/Analytics, Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis & reporting preferably in HR or people-related field.
  • Experience with programming and systems such as Power BI, SQL, and HR systems.
  • Advanced in Excel, Power BI and knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
