Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Bid Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bid coordination, advanced Adobe InDesign skills, and strong organisational and communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional bids and is passionate about creating standout proposals that showcase client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate bid submissions, prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.
  • Oversee the end-to-end bid coordination process, working across multiple bids within the studio and organisation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and tailor content.
  • Design professional, visually engaging documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Review and refine submissions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid coordination, ideally in architecture, design, or a related field.
  • Advanced Adobe InDesign skills, experience with other design tools is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams.
