OurBrisbane studiois seeking anexperienced Studio & Bid Coordinatorto join us. You will bring2+ years' experience, ideally in architecture, interiors or a related design industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

  • Work with a nationally recognised design practice with studios inMelbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Ho Chi Minh
  • Be part of a supportive, creative, and motivated team
  • Play an integral role with opportunities toprogress as the practice grows
  • Contribute toaward-winning bidsand help shape the studio's success

What you'll do

Bid Coordination

  • Manage theend-to-end bid process, interpreting briefs and producing standout, client-focused submissions
  • Collaborate with our national bids team to ensuretimely, high-quality proposalsthat reflect GroupGSA's brand
  • UseAdobe InDesignto craft visually engaging and persuasive bids
  • Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Support the team with operational needs, manage maintenance, and nurture positive client relations
