About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in driving effective change management processes and ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute change management plans to maximize the success of our key strategic projects.
  • Identify key stakeholders affected by strategic initiatives and develop customized engagement strategies through collaboration and consultation.
  • Perform change readiness assessments to gauge preparedness for upcoming changes.
  • Track the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired results.
  • Develop training methods and support delivery of training programs to build awareness, knowledge, and skills related to new systems and/or processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, preferably in retail projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather information, assess issues, and create effective solutions.
  • Excellent partnering and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and proposal agreement.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage diverse change projects effectively.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to influence and motivate individuals at all organisational levels.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Organisational Change, Human Resource Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred.
