Your New Centre:

Your New Role:

  • Be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team using industry-leading systems to ensure all staff provide high-quality learning and care.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the community by managing open days, centre tours, and orientation events.
  • Work with your educators to ensure a quality program that meets the highest standards.

What You Need:

  • Diploma-level or above Early Childhood qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership skills and knowledge within the Childcare industry
  • Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
  • Previous experience with administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training
  • Experience managing a team and developing policies and procedures
