You play a vital role in the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations across all centres of GarbhaGudi. You are responsible for process excellence in every aspect of our service, which leads to couple delight.
Job Responsibilities
Human Resource:
Manpower Planning – Coordinate with Managers of each centre to assess manpower requirements and update the Back Office Executive. Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates.
Attendance – Crosscheck monthly attendance with Managers. Monitor leave and week-offs. Plan and approve Manager attendance and leave. Approve extra work hours for managers.
Training – Conduct on-the-job training and infertility training for new joiners. Assess staff needs and initiate periodic training programs. Monitor staff progress to ensure couple delight. Apply ERRC and 3T principles quarterly.
Operations:
Grievance Management – Address couple issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships and oversee staff service quality.
Service Support – Retain couples by analyzing concerns and offering discounts/offers as per management decisions.
Marketing Support – Assist in organizing camps and support marketing events. Coordinate with Business Development for referral payments and activities.
Administration:
Periodic Meetings – Conduct review meetings at the centers, including bi-monthly with managers and monthly with all staff. Generate revenue reports and projections. Perform weekly and monthly audits of reports and procedures.
Audit – Regularly audit patient reports, treatment protocols, consent forms, and update medical records. Visit centers periodically for audits to ensure smooth operations.
Business Expansion – Assist in planning and executing expansion strategies with senior management.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed.
