Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a NSW Government agency as a Training Coordinator.

The role involves overseeing the delivery and quality of education and assessment services to staff, with key accountabilities including:

  • Designing, developing, planning, coordinating, and delivering specialised digital and IT training programs based on system requirements.
  • Providing multiple digital learning opportunities for staff through various channels.
  • Assisting with user acceptance testing of newly developed and rolled out digital and face-to-face training programs, as well as providing comprehensive digital support and advice to stakeholders.
  • Being proficient in contemporary software for creating training materials and courses.
  • Training staff in a "train the trainer" model.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of staff.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on the use of technology and software.
  • Ensuring that all training programs are delivered to a high standard and meet the required outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, learning and development, adult education, or equivalent.
  • Motivated and able to think outside the box.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop meaningful professional relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Current NSW Drivers license and willingness to travel throughout regional NSW.
