This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in South Yarra, Melbourne as an Administrative Support Assistant.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant and excellent organizational skills. This role involves managing and organizing the company calendar, providing administrative support, maintaining the CRM system (Infusionsoft), and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize the company calendar ensuring timely meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate data entry in the CRM system (Infusionsoft) and ensure efficient customer interactions.
- Follow up with clients as necessary and assist with additional tasks as required.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is essential for this position.
- Invoicing experience and CRM management skills are highly valued by our team.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong team player mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
